Recapping the week

Monday - Thursday, Sept 20 - 23

We haven't done much this week. Most of the week has been devoted to deep cleaning around the rig. Windows have have washed and the screens cleaned. Our windows have boxes around them and the boxes have material drapped on them. We vaccumned these. All the mirrors in the rig have been cleaned. Laundry has been done. We even completed some insurance paperwork.

We have been to visit the girls and their families in the evenings a few times. This has been the enjoyable part of our days. We have also taken a drive down to the ocean and done a little shopping. We also have gotten the bikes in shape again and have taken a short trip on them. We had to oil some places and clean them up. There is a nice bike trail here on base.

I probably won't be posting everyday while we are here but I will keep the blog up every couple of days. Have a good time.
