Getting settled in

Saturday - Wednesday, Nov 20-24

We have been here four days now and are getting into a routine.  We have made arrangements to move to Mountain Shadows on Dec 6.  I have to take care of the electric and have it transfered to me before then. 

On Sunday we drove in and visited friends at a benefit dance.  The daughter of one of our members needs a transplant and they were holding a dance to help fund the transplant.  We didn't intend to dance, just to drop some things off and visit.  We stopped to see the kids on our way in.  There was a big pile of mail waiting for us.  None of it was urgent but there sure was a bunch.  Nick and Aimee's puppy is really big now.  She weighs about 30 pounds.  She was recently spay and she certainly didn't like that. 

This week Mom and I have been planning food for Thanksgiving.  We are going to my niece's house so she is doing a big chunk but we are doing a bit too. 

I have also worked on the club's website.  There were requests for changes from a number of people.  I have done what I can or what I am willing to do.  I don't know that much about websites, just enough to be dangerous.  I think it is finally finished. 

We took the rig in to get the oil changed and to have them check out the muffler.  I think it disconnected the tail pipe from the muffler based on the way air was blowing out.  Bill just left to go pick it up so we will see.
