This time last year we came through the same area. Wow! What a difference! Last year it was cold, rainy and snowing. This year it was in the high 80's. The first picture is last year and the second one is this year.
The two pictures were taken in about the same location.
I never thought I would call temperatures in the mid to high 80's cool but after a couple of days in the 100's, it certainly is. We are in Fillmore, UT for the night. Our campground is called Wagons West. It is probably priced a little high for what you get but it is cheaper than the KOA down the road. It is a good place for an overnight stay. The sites are pull-through and are 110 feet long so you don't have to unhook the car.
Bill is a little tired today. Probably because the drive was a bit boring. We stopped at a rest area for lunch but all the parking spaces were full. Luckily there was a big dirt area that trucks were parking in so we pulled in there. We also lost an hour today. We are now on Mountain Time so we are an hour ahead of California. Remember that if you call us.
Here are a couple of pictures of the campground. It is still weird for me to see a brown rig instead of our white one.
I hope everyone has a good day.
