We were able to see Terry and Lydia off this morning as we were up when they fired up the diesel. We will miss our time with them and wish them safe travels. They will be back in Calif some time in early Sept.
We finally left the campground around 11:00 AM to head to our next stop. It wasn't a long day as it trip was only 100 miles. We pulled into Silver Valley Campground in Saylorsburg, PA a little before 1:00 PM. Since it is Monday the park is pretty empty. We hooked up and settled in. Today is a rest day for us. We also need to do some housekeeping this week. We don't have much planned but will do a bit of sightseeing later in the week.
I fixed leftover garlic, parmesean chicken along with some fresh green beans and stuffing for dinner. It was good and easy to do.
Now we need to spend some time planning where we are going after we visit Pottsville and start our return trip. We also need to decide when we are going to hit Calif! Part of that depends on our pregnate daughter-in-law! We may be back sooner than we planned.
So that was today. Another slow, easy day is planned for tomorrow. I hope you have a good day.
