Before we went to bed last night there was a possibility of severe thunderstorms and possible tornados. I left my phone on for the alerts but they didn’t happen. There was rain and wind though. Because we don’t have a weather radio in the house we decided to go to Walmart this morning and get one. I feel better with it in the house. We also stopped by Walgreens as they had disinfectant sheets on sale but didn’t have any in stock. The lady there said to check back on Wednesday morning, when their stock comes in. We are also going to try Costco during senior hours to see if they have any.
We didn’t do much today. Just read the Sunday paper and did some laundry. I know, exciting. I did fix dinner. We had baked pork chops, couscous, and asparagus. A nice simple, good for us dinner. Oh, we did have a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
No rain today but the wind blew pretty good all day so it was cool.
Another exciting day following the stay at home rules.
