Getting ready to leave

Today we didn't go anywhere and instead concentrated on getting things in shape to head out on Friday. We did go into town to do the laundry. The campground has free washer and dryer but I didn't take advantage of them. They have two washers, with cold water only, but the dryer is actually a clothesline and clothespins! I haven't seen one of those at a campground before. Since we had more than two loads we opted to visit the laundry mat and get it done quickly. While I was washing clothes Bill took the car across the street and got it washed.

After we finished the laundry we walked up the parking lot to the local grocery store. We picked up a couple of things we needed and then went back to the rig. After we put everything away I mopped the tile floors and Bill vacuumed the carpets. He also dusted. Now all we have to do is pick up and put away a couple of items. I took a long nap in the afternoon while dinner was cooking in the crock pot. I put turkey tenderloins in to cook on low. I fixed dressing and sweet potatoes to go with it. We have some leftover turkey for sandwiches.

We watched a couple of recorded shows we had and then hit the hay. Sorry, no pics today.
