Recovery Day

Boy I was sore and tired when we got home last night. I did spend some time with our friends Terry & Lydia trying to get Skype to work. I could hear them but they couldn't hear us unless we yelled. Turned out that our microphone is not working well. One of our stops today was at Walmart to get an external microphone.

I fixed a great breakfast of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and cinnamon rolls. Yummy, yummy. Afterward I looked up a local movie theatre and we decided to go see Nanny McPhee Returns. It would get us out but wouldn't require a lot of walking. It was a cute movie. Same basic story as the first one with a few twists.

Back at the rig we hooked up our new headset/microphone and contacted Terry to test it out. He can hear me just fine now so that is fixed.

I cooked dinner and now we are going to settle in for a nice quiet evening. Tomorrow we move down to Nashville so that will be fun. The drive is about 1 1/2 hours so we certainly won't be in a hurry in the morning. Have a nice evening. More tomorrow.
