Oklahoma City

I added pictures to yesterdays post.  You might want to go take a peek.

We got lucky and there was an opening at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City.  It was the last one they had so we only have 30 amps.  It is a small compact park on the base.  The drive here was pretty windy and it stayed that way all day.  What is that song, "Oklahoma where the wind comes whipping....."

After we got hooked up and settled we found out that using the over the air TV we couldn't get CBS and NCIS is on tonight!  Can't miss that!  I found there was a Camping World in town so off we went.  I bought the Wingman for the antenna and I am happy to report it works very well.  Once Bill got it installed, a 5 minute job, we picked up CBS and some other channels.  Yeah! 

I fixed dinner while Bill was installing the antenna.  We are having tacos.  It has been a few weeks since I have served that and I don't feel like cooking much.  After dinner we drove over to the PX and commissary for some shopping.  I didn't find anything at the PX but got a lot of groceries.  When we got back Bill asked me what time it is.  It was 7:20 PM, why?  Quick turn on the TV!  We forgot we are in central time and the shows come on an hour earlier!  Oops.  We did get to watch most of the show. 

So on Wednesday we plan on doing a little exploring.  I'll post either tonight or tomorrow.
