Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to my Dad and all the Dad's out there!  Bill heard from Nick and Stormy today. 

We didn't lollygag around this morning and got up to go out to breakfast with our friends.  Bob and Earlean didn't go as they wanted to get an early start.  We said goodbye to them before we left.  We wish them safe travels. 

The remaining 6 of us went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.  It was to celebrate Father's Day and their leaving.  After we get back everyone else will be leaving.  We had a good meal, even though the waitress was a bit rude. 

Back at the campground the other two couples got organized and left.  They are heading to Carthage, MO tonight.  They are going to visit the Precious Moments chapel and visitor's center.  They will be heading home after that.  I believe they are planning on getting home on Friday.  Take care you guys! 

Bill and I had a quiet day.  We spent a little time in the pool and had a good dinner.  No lunch, we were still full from breakfast.  I broiled a steak that I had marinated.  It was really good.  We finished up some of the leftovers from this week, too.  After dinner we drove over to the car wash to get my car clean.  We vacuumed it out and ran it through the wash.  Tomorrow we will clean the mats on the inside.  After that we drove around and checked out Table Rock Dam and Lake.  Afterwards we headed back to the rig and a nice quiet night. 

The lake was really, really full.  See how high the water is on this walkway.
