Farmer's Market and family BBQ

Saturday morning we had to ourselves.  We had a few things to do in the morning and will go to Lydia's cousin's house for a BBQ. 

We started off going out to breakfast in the morning.  Bill and I had already eaten so we had toast and tea or coffee while Terry and Lydia had breakfast. 

We thought about going to a cheese factory but decided to head back to town to do a couple of things.  We went to a Farmer's Market we heard about.  There were quite a few stands and we all bought something.  (I bought a watermelon that turned out to be overripe but the tomatoes were good) 

We then walked over to the kayak course that we saw the other night.  There actually were people on the course.

There was also a plane in the park.  Bill says it is an F8.

Next we stopped at a pet shop.  I was going to send something to Lola but they didn't have what I was looking for.  Guess I will have to keep looking.  Lydia also checked out a quilt shop. 

Our final stop for the day was at the family BBQ.  We had a really nice time.  The weather was good so we weren't dying of heat.  A lot of stories were told.  Later in the evening Bill and Terry went with some of the folks to a car race.  Lydia and I went back to the rigs.  We also had to stop at the store and pick up a couple of things.  We head out tomorrow morning and will be heading into the UP of Michigan.
