Dilliion, SC

Monday, Sept 24, 2012

We had a small issue with the stop engine light coming on this morning.  We didn't see anything wrong and when we restarted the engine the light went out.  We will have to stop and have it looked into.

We will be traveling for the next few days.  Today we drove a little over 200 miles to Dillion, SC.  We are staying at the Bass Lake Campground.  It is a fairly new place, about 4 years old.  It is nothing fancy but is a good overnight place.  They belong to Passport America so it only cost us $18 for the night.  They didn't have cable but we put the satellite dish up so that I wouldn't miss Dancing With The Stars.  It new season started today!  Yeah!  Many of my favorites are back.

We had a nice steak dinner tonight along with baked potatoes (regular for me and sweet potato for Bill).  I also warmed up some leftover veggies to complete the meal.

Here are a couple of pics of the campground.

There were a few people who were there for longer than overnight but there were about 4-5 of us who were just there for the night.  The front of the campground is just off of I95 but we were far enough back that we didn't really hear the noise.

That is all for tonight.

I think it is called a check engine light. Both times I had mine going off and on it turned out to be something wrong with the smog stuff on the car. Grrr. Expensive, too.
