Well, the New Year has come and gone and we are still around. We didn't do much for the holiday. We did visit the jacuzzi for a bit and then watched the ball drop on New York time. We were in bed long before midnight. Guess we are getting old.
We did take a drive up to the local mountains one day to visit the snow. It was a really nice day so we didn't even need heavy coats. Here are a couple of pics -
It was a nice day. We drove up and had a late lunch. Idllywild doesn't have as many shops as Big Bear but checked out a few. I didn't find anything I couldn't live without so Bill's wallet didn't get any lighter.
We have been to see Rory a few times. He is getting so big -
The kids are getting used to being parents and to losing sleep at night. Rory is certainly worth it.
We are now spending our time getting ready for our cruise next month. We have a few things we have to buy so we are spreading that out over time.
