And we waited, and waited

June 18, 2013 Tuesday

This morning we got up extra early as we had to have the RV at the Cummins shop by 7:30 AM.  Once we dropped it off we headed over to IHOP for breakfast.  I was a little disappointed in my omelet as it seemed to have cheese wiz instead of regular cheese.  We also checked in at the Sears auto to set an appointment for tomorrow morning to have my car looked at.  I am sick and tired of the squealing noise. 

After that we headed back to the Cummins shop to wait for the rig.  And we waited, and waited, and waited.  They offered us lunch but we weren't hungry at that time and we thought we would get out soon.  It was almost 5:00 PM by the time we left.  I know it shouldn't have taken that long to flush the coolant system and service the transmission!  They did give us a discount on the bill saying the same thing. 

We also heard from the company sending us the Fan-tastic Fan cover.  They got it and will send it out on Wednesday.  We decided to send it to the campground we will be in just before we go to the Samboree.  I called and they said they would hold it for us.  Another job complete. 

That was our day.  Just sitting and waiting.  I hope you had a better time.
