We didn't have anything planned today so we mostly stayed around the rig. I did tell Bill that I had run out of things to do so if he wanted to do anything he would have to come up with it. Boy did he! While he was out walking in the campground in the afternoon he talked to someone. They got to talking about Frontier Days and the fellow asked if we were going to see Rascal Flatts tonight. Bill told him that no, we hadn't gotten tickets for that concert. The guy then proceeded to tell Bill that he had tickets but had decided not to go. I don't know why someone would buy tickets to something like that then not go. Anyway, he told Bill he would sell them to him. The face value of the seats were $58 each so we got them for $50 each. We also didn't have to pay the service charge. They were pretty good seats too. So we had a quick dinner and then headed out to the fairgrounds. Once again we parked off site and rode their bus since there would be such a crowd. The opening act was The Band Perry. I enjoy then but why do lead singers feel they need to yell instead of sing at a concert?
While they were performing we saw this hovering in the sky. I don't know who it was for or what it was being filmed for.
The Band Perry played for about an hour then came -
They were good and played for about 90 minutes.
We were a little better prepared this time. We both brought jackets and I wore jeans instead of shorts. Now I need to get seat cushions, those metal benches get hard. We had a good time and didn't have to wait too long to catch the bus back to our car when it was over. A nice surprise for the day.

The thing in the sky looked like a Helimax hovering camera. I have seen one and some are used by professionals to film concerts, etc.
