A do nothing day
Thursday, June 12, 2014
Not much going on today. The guys all went fishing again and the girls just stayed around the campground. I did go into town to get our mail from the post office but that was about all. I did do a load of laundry in the laundry room. I also read some more of my new book by Diana Gabaldon.
Later in the day we did get together for dinner. Our group was in charge of dinner tonight. We had sloppy joes, beans and coleslaw. We also made mudslides for our drinks. For desert we had individual cups of banana pudding. Yummy.
We did have an accident occur. Our friend Paul was up on a ladder working on their awning when he fell off. 911 was called and they took him to the hospital in Mammoth. He didn't break anything but did bang up his arm and will be very sore tomorrow. Thank goodness he is OK.
The weather up here has been very nice except for a little rain earlier in the week. It is suppose to be nice for the rest of our stay.
That is all for now. Have a good day.
