Not an exciting day

At least it wasn't raining today.  It did rain through the night.  And it is still cold.  I have had to dig out my sweatshirt and jeans!  Bill and I both sat in our recliners watching TV covered with throws.  Hey, I thought this was June! 


We did go to the PX and commissary to stock up.  We didn't find anything in the PX but I did buy $150 worth of food and stuff.  Back at the rig we put everything away in anticipation of the next few days on the road. 


After dinner we drove out of the base and checked out the route to the highway that we will take tomorrow.  It will be an easy drive.  We can also exit through the front gate which is right next to us instead of the Roy gate where we had to come in.  This base has a lot of barricades on the entrance side of the gates so you have to come in the Roy gate using the truck entrance, but the exit isn't as tight so we don't have to drive the 5 miles back to that gate. 


After we had been home for over an hour the camp host knocked on our door and yelled at me for speeding through the campground.  I have no idea what she was talking about since she said she just chased us over here and we had been home for an hour!  And I had a receipt from the store to prove it!  She wouldn't accept that she had the wrong person.  She kept saying, "but your car is warm so you just came home!"  Stupid people.
