It is so nice to have full hookups for the RV. I took a really, really long shower this morning since I haven't been able to this last week. Once the hot water warmed up again Bill did the same thing.
We decided to go back to visit Trainland USA. It is an operating train museum that uses Lionel trains, with some American Flyers. It is actually pretty impressive. It took them about 4 years to build and paint the scenery. The cost is only $7 per senior. We took a bit of time going through. They have a lot of buttons you can push to make things happen. If you are ever in Colfax, Iowa stop on by.
After finishing at Trainland we headed into Newton to visit the Walmart. We stopped first at Arby's for a sandwich then went shopping. I tried to get my hair trimmed but there was a 45 minute wait. I only saw two customers in the store and they were both waiting for their color to process. I guess the stylists can't work on another person when one is just sitting there. We picked up a few things for the next couple of days. We are also looking for a place for fireworks. I don't know if we will go to the display or not. It will depend on the weather. It has been really cloudy all day. It feels like it is going to rain any minute. It finally did rain a bit around 8:00 PM.
I took a couple of pictures of the campground. There isn't much here, just a place to sit out the holiday.
We will be heading south and east once we leave here. I will have to spend some time this weekend figuring out where we will head to.
That is all for now.
