Crawfordsville, IN

Monday, Oct 6, 2014

We were up fairly early and on the road a little after 9:00.  We had about 180 miles to go.  It has rained off and on for the last couple of days.  It let up when we were outside unhooking but we got rained on as we drove down the road.  We stopped a little over the state line in Indiana to fuel up.  They post the price of diesel as the tax exempt price.  This means the price the professional truckers pay.  Regular folks pay about $.30 a gallon more.  We decided to park for a bit and go into the Denny's and have breakfast for lunch.  We really just wanted to warm up!  It is in the 50's and damp and windy.  It did warm up by the time we got to the campground.  It got all the way up into the 60's.
We are at the Sugar Creek Campground in Crawfordsville, IN.  There are a lot of construction workers in this campground.  We were able to get a pull-through spot but only 30 amps.  It really doesn't matter as we won't be using any air conditioning here!  During warmer weather they run river rafting trips in the creek behind the campground.

I messed around on my computer today trying to get Skype to work.  I don't know what the problem is but I cannot connect to make calls with it.  I can't even do the test call.  We tried Bill's PC and he has a problem with his microphone.  Don't know what is going on.

So that is all for now.  Enjoy the pictures.
