New Bern, Days 9-11

It has either been really hot or raining the last few days.  We have gotten together with the family a couple of times.  On Thursday, Ashley and Phil fixed dinner for everyone.  Thanks, it was great.

We have received info from Tony Hobbs that our parts are in and we are scheduled to return to the shop next Thursday to have them installed.

I have made a couple of reservations for the next leg of our trip.  It will be slow and we will be acting like tourists for the most part.

We had a pretty good rain and thunderstorm on Thursday.  There was even a tornado warning a few miles down the road.  When the warning came on we made sure we had the code to the bathhouse ready.

This weekend we are heading down to the beach to spend Saturday with friends and family.  It should be fun.
