USA RV Park
Gallup, NM
The 150 mile drive today was uneventful. We pulled into the USA RV Park a little after 1:00 PM. The park is very nice and the sites are long and level.
After we got setup we went into downtown Gallup and had lunch at Jerry's Cafe. It is a small local place. We both had mexican food and it was really good. The only negative about the place is that they let the locals walk through and try to sell you jewelry and other handmade things.
We also stopped at Walmart to pick up a couple of things.
Back at the rig I did my last load of laundry on the road. We should be fine for the next week.
Later in the evening we walked up to the cafe here at the campground and had some ice cream. They also sell BBQ for dinner but we didn't have any.
The weather was nice and it turned cool in the evening.
That is all for now. Tomorrow we head to Williams and the Grand Canyon Train.
