This week in Ohio

Monday - Friday, 7/11-15/2016
Dayton, OH

We spent most of the week at home not doing a lot.  We did find out info on the base pools.  Over the weekend the kids are coming up and we are going to spend time at the pool.  Rory likes the water.  We also got info on the golf course for Nick.  He wants to play a round.

We did go see a couple of movies.  Actually, we saw one last week,  We saw BFG (Big Friendly Giant).  It was just OK.  Don't think I would recommend it to anyone.  This week we saw Tarzan.  It was different that the old story of Tarzan but the movie was well done.

I did give Lola a bath this week and did some laundry.  You got to keep up with the cleaning or it becomes a big chore.

I called my Dad this week to wish him Happy Birthday.  We had a nice talk.  We will see them at the end of August when we head back that way.

We did spent Wednesday morning with Rory and Aimee at the park by their house.  It was a bit warm but the mister was running so Rory could cool off in it.  We took them to lunch at Chick-Fil-A.  Would you believe that we had never eaten there before?  We enjoyed the food and put it on our short list of good fast food.  We had taken Lola with us to the park so we had to eat outside and then we stopped at Petsmart to buy her some food.  She enjoyed walking around the store as she usually doesn't get to do that.

Today is Friday and we don't have any plans, just getting ready to see the kids tomorrow.  I have to find my sunscreen.
