Crawfordsville, IN
Sugar Creek Campground

The day started out nice enough.  We were all up early worrying about the fridge.  We did some cleanup and left the park around 10:15 AM.  Bill called the RV repair place and they are able to get a new cooling unit for the rig before our appt on Friday.  Now they have to see if they have someone to install it!  Keep your fingers crossed.

Lola did pretty good.  She still doesn't like riding in the rig or the car but toward the afternoon she got comfortable enough to lay down and nap.  She won't use her bed but lays on the rug near us.  She hasn't eaten but I expected that for a day or two.  We just leave food out for her.  We stopped to let her out frequently.  She will be fine in a day or two.

The drive was good until we got to the off-ramp for the park we are at.  We saw the dark clouds as we drove down the road.  The skies opened up with rain, lightening and thunder.  We missed the eclipse because of that.  Oh well, we saw pictures.

I haven't gotten any pictures from here because of the rain.  I probably won't either but it is a decent campground.  We got a 30 amp site but that was OK.  When we got here we waited about an hour or so before we put the jacks down to let the water seep into the ground.  We only needed water and electric today.  I would return here even though it is about 5 miles off the highway.

We ate pot pies for dinner as they were thawing out.  I have had to throw away a lot of food.  Stupid refrigerator.

Well that is all for now.  Bye
