I am getting my appetite back. Now I have to be careful and not eat too much. I don't think I have lost much this week. Guess I will find out on Tuesday when I go back to Weight Watchers.
The knee is on the mend, it is just going to take time. I saw my in home therapist for the last time on Friday and will go to out patient therapy on Monday afternoon. Now the real fun begins. Most of the in home exercises weren't that hard to do but I know it is going to get harder from here on out. But I do know it is necessary.
It has been real quiet here. We did go play cards one night and I took second place! My luck continues. We skipped Bingo this week, we just don't seem to be as into it as we were before. I am sure that the fact that we never win has something to do with that.
This weekend is the Camping Squares weekend and they are in Valencia, about 1 1/2 hours from here. We decided not to take the motorhome but since we desperately need to do something we are going to drive up for the day in the car. It will be my longest trip since surgery. It will be interesting to see how it goes. I am looking forward to seeing some old friends. We are playing it by ear so we don't know how long we will stay. I'll let you know how it goes.
