We haven't done much the last few days so I haven't written separate posts.  Every afternoon we have had clouds and rain or drizzle.  Makes for an icky day. 

On Saturday we did go to the movies and saw the pre-release of Pacific Rim.  Neither one of us liked the movie.  It is a poorly made movie.  The dialog is simple, the actors mumble through their scenes, the robots and monsters are poorly done.  It is a Godzilla versus Transformers movie.  It was worth exactly what we paid - nothing!  The base theater was nice and we will go back for movies most weekends. 

On Monday evening we did go out to dinner.  We went to a local place called Steamboats Steak and Smokehouse.  It was pretty good.  They did do a couple of odd things.  The croutons on the salad were Corn Chex but they did taste good.  We both had steaks and they were good.  Mine was cooked perfectly but Bill's was a bit overcooked.  After dinner we walked around the mall for a bit.  It is on the small side but it was good exercise.  I also talked to Terry for awhile while we were at the mall.  They are enjoying their trip.  On the way back to the campground we checked out the parking at Frontier Park, where the rodeo will be.  It is close to the base. 

I also spent some time on Monday trying to figure out where we are going after here.  I think I have plans through the end of August.  We might make it back to OC in Oct instead of Nov.  

Bill has been washing the rig a bit at a time.  He has to use a bucket so it takes longer.  He should have it done this week.
