It was a long, boring drive today. We were only on I35 and passed from Iowa to Missouri to Kansas. We stopped for the night at Emporia, KS. Tomorrow we head into Oklahoma City.
The campground we are in, Emporia RV Park, is fine but there are train whistles that go on during the day and night. I guess I was tired as I didn't hear them once I fell asleep. At $27 (with Good Sam discount) it is a bit overpriced for an overnight. We do have full hookups but don't need the sewer today.
I fixed deconstructed cabbage rolls for dinner. No matter what I do I can't seem to make it for only two people so we will have leftovers for another night.
