Just hanging around

Tuesday - Wednesday, Sept 30 - Oct 1, 2014


We have not been doing much.  Bill has washed the rig and I have done some laundry.  We have gone out to dinner at O'Charley's.  They had a free pie on Wednesday offer.  The food was good but our biggest problem is getting anywhere.  We have to drive around the base to get anywhere.  There used to be a public street that ran between two different parts of the base.  That street now is enclosed on the base and you have to travel a long distance to get around.  It is nice that you can travel between the different portions of the base without taking out an ID card but it certainly adds miles if you are trying to get to town.  The GPS doesn't know about this closed street yet so directions are difficult. 


The weather has been different here.  It is cool all day until around 4:00 when the clouds break and it gets up into the 80's.  We are expecting rain on Friday.
