Today was a run around day.  I needed to get my hair cut so off we went to Great Clips.  I checked in online and there was a 40 minute wait so we stopped at Walmart first.  I dropped off my prescription for refill and picked up some stuff in that section of the store.  I then went over and got my hair cut.  I think the lady did a good job.

After the haircut we headed back on the base and checked out the PX.  We were looking for Hallmark ornaments but they are not out yet.  I hope they put them out before we leave.  While we were here I got a call from Walmart saying they couldn't get my drug as it was on long term backorder.  They transferred my prescription to another store.  It was the one in Newport.  I couldn't find that one on my Walmart app, because their server was down, so I called back and got the address.  It is a brand new Family Market that I don't think they had even started work on last year.  Before we drove down we stopped at Five Guys Burgers for lunch.  We have never been to one before.  It reminded me a lot of In and Out.  They serve fresh burgers and real french fries.  They have a limited menu.  We did find something out.  They have burgers and little burgers.  We thought the little burgers were similar to a kids burger so we ordered a burger.  Nope.  It turns out a burger has 2 meat patties and a little burger only has 1.  Guess what we will have next time?  Anyway, they were good and we would go back.

After getting my drugs from Newport we decided to stop by the Ford dealer.  It seems to me that the prices here are higher than in Calif.  We looked at two C-Max's and they were both over $31K.  Bill really wants to get one that is a year or two old and we can't really find used ones here.  Looks like we will be waiting until we get back to Calif.

We stayed home today.  Don't want to wear out our welcome too early.

I fixed a meal that I saw on Pinterest.  I had some kielbasa and wanted to do something different.  It was just OK.  I don't think I will make it again.  It was a one pot sausage and pasta thing.  I added some additional veggies to it.  You cook the pasta along with everything else and it makes its own sauce.

I did some laundry today.   After yesterdays nice weather it was really hot and muggy today.  We talked to Rory and Aimee also.  They are having a good time in Ohio but they are hot and muggy too.
