Knightstown, IN
The RV wash guy showed up a little after 6:00 AM to wash our coach. That meant we had to close the windows so Bill got up. I got up a little bit later but it was still early. Bill warned him about the refrigerator opening and he didn't trigger the device so I was happy. My ice maker is still working just fine.
We were up and out of the park by 8:30. Along the way we stopped at a rest area to walk Lola and at the Flying J just before the next park.
We stopped for the night at a Yogi Bear Jellystone Park in Knightstown, IN. It is just east of Indianapolis. That leaves us under 100 miles tomorrow.
Here are a few pics of the park.
When we stopped and checked in I asked for a site that was satellite friendly. Well, the one she put us in had a tree that was just starting to grow leaves. We were in site 90 and 89 would have been better. We were able to get a picture but we couldn't get the show listing. That was fine, at least we were able to watch, we just couldn't record.
I fixed BBQ ribs for dinner. I put them in the crockpot as soon as we checked into the campground and turned it on high. By the time we were hungry they were done.
It was actually cool this afternoon. We walked Lola around for awhile and enjoyed a nice evening. I left the windows open and we didn't need the fan or air conditioner.
So that was our day. Tomorrow we hit Ohio.
