Painting Done

So all the painting is now done.  I really like the way it looks.  Now we are working on putting things back where they belong.  You know, stuff like the curtains, paintings, knick-knacks, etc.  I also have to put the kitchen back together.  Here are some pictures -

The kitchen cabinets -

The bottom cabinets are painted the color Software by Sherwin Williams (SW7074).  The uppers are painted a High intensity white.  The painters used a primer called Extreme Bond Primer and the paint was Emerald Modified Urethane. There are three coats on the white cabinets of the paint.  You can still see some of the wood grain but I like the look and the door on the pantry also has a pale grain so they match,  They said it takes about 2 weeks for the paint to cure so we have to be careful for awhile.  Don't want to chip it.  We do have some paint leftover in case we need it.  The new countertops, backsplash and floor will hopefully be installed around the first part of May.

The walls in the kitchen and living room are painted Repose Gray SW7015.

I think the house looks brighter now.  I am happy with the work and can't wait for the rest to be done.

We are suppose to warm up this week and might actually hit 70 degrees on Friday.  Unfortunately, it will drop back into the 40's on Saturday.  We are looking at a cooler spring this year.  I can't wait to be able to plant herbs and flowers.

So that is all the work for right now.  More later.
