Thanks to everyone

I want to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday.  It is hard to believe that I am getting that old! 

We have been in a routine of thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening for the past few days.  It is suppose to continue for a few more days.  The temps have cooled into the low 80's, which is nice. 

We took Rory to see the Incredible's  2 the other day.  It was a good movie.  He behaved very well for such a long movie, even though he was high on M&M's.  We also took him to the park last week.  We enjoy taking him and doing things. 

We finally got approval from the HOA for the patio we are going to put in!  Now all we need to do is wait for the opening in the schedule of the installers.  We are still looking at early to mid August.  Can't wait to get it done. 

My herbs and tomatoes are growing pretty good.  I have green tomatoes on both plants and hope they turn red soon.  First time in a long time that I have tried to grow tomatoes.
