crummy weather

The kids signed became members of a local swimming pool and signed us up as babysitters so we took Rory the other day.  It was fun but crowded.  As babysitters we have to have one of their family with us so we don't have full rights but that is OK.  We may get our own membership next year.  The pool got crowded as the day went on and it got a little hard to lap swim and stuff like that but we had a good time. 

It has been raining off and on for the last few days.  After not having any rain for about a week and a half we needed it.  At least it saves us a little money as we don't have to water the fresh sod that was installed around the patio.  So that means we haven't been up to much.  We had planned on going to a balloon festival over the weekend but the rain put a stop to that, bummer. 

We have tickets to see Reba at the Ohio State Fair this week.  So far the weather looks to be ok.  We will go in a little early and look around before the show. 

Not much else has been going on.  Just wanted to post an update so you know we are still around.
