Monday-Monday, Sept 7-21
So I let the posting go for a bit. I don't think we did much during a lot of the time but we did everyday stuff. I will pick back up with our camping trip which started on the 16th. We went to Lively Lady Campground and Marina in Aberdeen, Ohio. It was our monthly trip with the group. The rig was fine and the drive down and back was good. It was about 100 miles. We got htere and got settled in. Here is our site
I took my small camera with me to check it out and it worked fine. Here are a couple of other pictures of the campground. We had the shelter for the weekend. The owners here are really nice. On Saturday they made peach ice cream for the group.
On Thursday Bill and I went to look at a couple of the covered bridges in the area. We drove around a lot and found 4 of them. Then we got hungry and tried to find someplace to eat. Of course we couldn't find a restaurant and wound up at a Burger King. Fast food seems to be the most common around here.
This is the North Pole Bridge.
Next was the George Miller Bridge.
Harshaville Bridge. This one is along the John Hunt Morgan Heritage Trail. This is the route the confederate army took in raids in the state.
Last, but not least is the Brown Bridge
We got home Sunday, unpacked, watered the grass and rested until we met the kids for dinner. We haven't been out with them for a few weeks. Rory is growing like a weed and the others are doing fine. On Monday I went to get my ears checked and ordered hearing aids. I will see if I like them once they are in.
That is all for now.
